I liked Tim before I knew him because when I met him in person, he seemed like an old friend. Our case took about a year, was not a car accident but a crazy cat bite on my wife. This was a first for him as cats don’t usually attack people, but he got it done without any bull or surprises. Tim is very thorough but if you have a question, he doesn’t treat you like an idiot even if you may be an idiot. My wife and I both enjoyed our meetings with Tim and his staff. Like everyone else says, Tim talks to you on the phone. He is honest and fair. That is all we ever want.
